How long is a typical training program and what's the certification process?
Training duration varies by domain: 3-6 months for basic skills, 6-12 months for advanced technical trades. All programs include competency-based practical assessments. We issue recognized certificates upon successful completion, with credentials that employers and business partners recognize across our operating regions.
Do you offer training in all 10 domains simultaneously or can we customize?
Both options are available. We run scheduled programs across all 10 domains. We also customize training selection based on labor market demand in your region and institutional priorities. Organizations can select specific domains matching their workforce needs and target populations.
What happens after training? Is there job placement support?
Yes, job placement is integral to our model. We connect trainees with employers, facilitate interviews, and support hiring agreements. For self-employment, we provide business planning support, connect trainees with startup capital, and offer post-training mentoring to ensure successful business launch and sustainability.
Do you train instructors/trainers as well, or just participants?
We do both. We identify and professionally develop qualified trainers in each domain. Government vocational institutions and training centers benefit from trainer-of-trainers programs. This builds sustainable training capacity and ensures quality instruction across multiple training sites.
Can training be delivered in both English and Arabic?
Yes, all training materials and facilitation are available in English and Arabic. This removes language barriers and ensures participants in Arabic-speaking regions can learn effectively in their preferred language. Bilingual delivery is standard across all our training programs.
